My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

We ask that you provide food for your dog, as a small place it is not possible for us to provide the hundreds of different brands available and it is not a good idea to change your dog's diet overnight. We can accommodate any diet that your dog needs.

How can I check on my pet during their stay?

You will receive a minimum of 2 WhatsApp/text messages a day and you are welcome to message us anytime just to check on your dog. If you have consented to us sharing your dog's picture on our social media you can also see what they have been up to on our Facebook page.

What do you supply for overnight boarding?

We ask that you supply food. We can cover everything else. You are welcome to bring your dog's own bed or something that smells like home if you think it will help them settle with us.

What do you charge per night?

We charge £50/night. (book 6 nights and get the 7th free) We recognise that this is towards the higher end of the market, this is because we offer 24/7 care for your dog if they need it. One of us can always be here to look after your precious pooch.

Do you take intact males?

We're sorry but we cannot take intact males older than 10 months.

Will my dog be left alone?

Under our license we can leave the dogs for up to 3 hours, however if your dog exhibits any anxiety over this we will not leave them alone. The beauty of both of us working for the dog lodge is that one of us can always be here! We have cameras set up in the house so that we can keep an eye on the dogs when we are out.
